These cover using this website. They are not your training contract; that is the enrolment terms, which you accept separately before you pay any tuition.

Who publishes this site

The entity named in the legal notice, which also carries the hosting details and the languages in which a contract may be concluded.

Using the site

You may read, print and share these pages freely, including for comparing us with other providers; we would rather you did. You may not copy our course outlines or teaching materials to deliver training yourself, misrepresent yourself as acting for the academy, or attempt to interfere with the site or reach parts of it that are not public.

Accuracy, and what we do about mistakes

We write these pages carefully and we date them. Prices, dates, exam codes and vendor fees were correct when published and the page says when that was. Vendor exam prices are set by AWS, Microsoft, CompTIA, Meta, Databricks and the Python Institute and change without notice; we re-quote before you buy. Where something on a legal page is unconfirmed we mark it in orange rather than leaving you to guess.

If you find an error, tell us. A stale date or a wrong price discredits every other number on a site, and we would rather fix it than have you find out later. Report it here.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for what we publish and for the service we agree to deliver. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites we link to, for decisions a vendor or an employer makes about you, or for loss caused by your own use of the site in a way these terms do not allow.

We do not exclude liability we are not allowed to exclude. Cameroonian consumer law allows a court to void clauses that strip a consumer of rights, limit a supplier’s liability unfairly, or impose arbitration on the consumer. We have not written any such clause into these terms or into the enrolment terms, and if we have drafted something that operates that way, it does not apply.

Law and forum

Cameroonian law applies, and the competent Cameroonian courts have jurisdiction. You keep every right you have under the framework law on consumer protection and the law on electronic commerce, whatever these terms say.
