What we sell, and what it is not
SmartSana is a technology company that sells professional training services delivered in three-month levels, on campus at Melen, Yaoundé and online. The tuition, the compulsory certification exam cost, the duration, the weekly commitment, the cohort dates, the payment terms and the refund and withdrawal rules for each level are published on the relevant programme page, on the fees page and in the enrolment terms, and remain available at every stage of enrolment.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, course outlines and teaching materials on this site belong to SmartSana Academy unless stated otherwise. Product names, logos and certification names belonging to AWS, Microsoft, Meta, Google, Databricks and others are the property of their owners and are used here to identify the products and exams we teach towards. Their use implies no affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement from those companies.
Work produced by learners remains theirs. We ask permission before showing it, and the terms are in the enrolment terms.
Advertising and claims
Cameroonian advertising law requires advertising to be truthful and to identify on whose behalf it is made, and prohibits false or misleading claims. All advertising for this academy is made on behalf of the entity named above.
- We do not publish employment rates, salary figures or alumni counts, because we have not yet completed a cohort and have no data of our own.
- We do not make comparative claims against named competitors.
- Where we cite a figure about the wider market, we keep the source on file and date-stamp it. Ask us and we will send it.
- When we publish our own outcome figures, they will carry the methodology, the cohort size, the date and the response rate.
Governing law
This site and any training contract concluded through it are governed by Cameroonian law. Nothing on this page limits any right you have under the framework law on consumer protection or the law on electronic commerce.
