Sending this is an application, not a contract. The 10 000 FCFA application fee on the next step is not refundable. If we admit you, an advisor calls, we send the enrolment terms in your language as a file you can keep, and the fee becomes your enrolment fee, charged once only. Each tuition payment is then refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of making it.

Before you enrol, the key facts

What it is: One three-month level of a three-level programme: 11 teaching weeks at about 22 hours a week, ending in a compulsory industry certification.
Tuition: 135 000 FCFA for the level at the founding rate for the cohort starting 10 November 2026 (150 000 FCFA for later cohorts): three monthly payments of 45 000 FCFA, at the start of the level, in week 5 and in week 9. Identical across all six programmes. The 10 000 FCFA enrolment fee is separate: paid once only, as the application fee, and not refundable.
Certification exam: Compulsory and billed separately at the vendor’s own price in US dollars, $44.40 to $295 depending on the programme and level. Bought in week 9, with no markup. See fees by programme.
Placement: Two months, remote, after Level 2, with a partner company. Arranged by us, at no extra cost, and unpaid. Conditions in the enrolment terms.
Dates: Next cohort starts Tuesday 10 November 2026; applications close Sunday 1 November 2026. A new cohort starts every two months. Full calendar on the admissions page.
Where: On campus at Melen, Yaoundé, opposite POLYTECH, or fully online. Same timetable, same coach.
Payment methods: Through Tara: MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, Wave, Visa or Mastercard, or PayPal. No delivery charge applies; this is a service delivered on campus and online.
How the contract is concluded: You send this form and pay the application fee; we call you and decide in writing; we send the enrolment terms as a file you can keep; you accept them and the fee becomes your enrolment fee; we acknowledge your order in writing within five days. You can correct any entry at the review step before sending.
Languages of contracting: French or English. The enrolment terms are provided in the language you choose, and that version governs.
Right of withdrawal: The refund and withdrawal policy sets out the refund rules and mentions your right of withdrawal under Cameroonian e-commerce law. In money terms: each tuition payment is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of making it, and is not refundable after that; the enrolment fee is not refundable.
Application fee: 10 000 FCFA, paid when you apply. This is your enrolment fee: charged once only, not again for Level 2 or Level 3, and not refundable, whether or not you are admitted.
Not offered: HND, DQP, CQP or any State or MINEFOP qualification. We are a company offering professional training services, not a State-approved vocational training centre. The certification here is industry-standard and worldwide, awarded by the vendor.
What you receive: The industry certification you sit in week 11 (awarded by the vendor, not by us), plus a SmartSana certificate of completion and a Career Passport link. Neither is a State diploma; in Cameroon those are issued by the State alone.
